Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Able to reach employees via their mobile phones who don't normally feel engaged, as they are out in the field and get real-time feedback. Easy to use tool - I don't have to think about the survey questions myself - the tool does it for me. Insights and actions are a game changer - it doesn't just provide results but also actions tailored to my industry, which I can share with employees so they know their feedback is important. Cons Does not have survey questions where you can pick more than one answer but I have fed that back to their support team who have put it on their roadmap		Pros from Real Users Pros I love that Kazoo is a platform where we as a team and company can focus on positive "shout-outs" to people we work with. It has created a habit in myself where I look for great things that my teammates are doing and make sure to reward them for it. I also think it is fun to then using the reward points towards actual gifts. Kazoo helps in tracking progress of our work. Provides innovation and collaboration support. Integrates easily with calendar. Dashboards are very interactive. Easy to setup and understand. Using this software our team feels connected. Easily customisable features. All in one solution.
