Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform concept is strong — real testers providing structured feedback is genuinely valuable for indie developers who don't have a QA team. The Testeum team were responsive, proactive and friendly; when the initial campaign underdelivered, they offered to rerun it at their own expense without being pushed. We have run two campaigns and obtained extremely useful information - sadly missing from our initial release of the App - which has given more confidence in the changes being proposed. Very easy to use. We don't have a tech guy within our team but still it was very easy and efficient for us to succeed testing our website. The SaaS approach makes the using even easier. Crowdtesting is a practice that is still little known and can be very expensive. With Testeum, it is possible to prepare campaigns in complete transparency and see how much it will cost. The campaign can be launched automatically upon payment. The fastest campaigns only took a few hours! It is possible to exchange with testers. The quality of their feedback has improved over time thanks to the latest features. I recommend launching campaigns with few audience filters in order to have results more quickly. The utility of Testeum. Campaigns are very easy to instance and you can have good result in 48 hours Ease of creating a campaign. It can test both bugs and UX issues. Speed to get feedback (from testers all over the world). Cons There was some confusion early on about whether we used the campaign or survey feature, but once understood, creating the survey and receiving feedback was quick and easy. The mobile version could be a little improved. But it wasn't a major issue for us. The mobile version still needs to be improved. Although the basic price is very affordable, a free trial would be a great added value in my opinion. You can test different version of your product to aim your feature No API to connect our gitlab and trigger campaigns on the fly.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are using prewritten tests to do the research and started with 5 tests. Videos were delivered within 3 hours - so super fast. Transcripts are great. I really enjoyed using UserPeek because its user friendly and simple to navigate without any bells and whistles that distract from collecting user feedback efficiently! Setting up is a breeze. You can jump into testing right away. Super convenient! I also liked how quickly we got insights that allowed us to improve things right away without any holdups! The neat layout and smooth workflow made everything go seamlessly and stress free. Cons Handling of the highlight reel creation is not yet there. I found that one aspect of UserPeek that I wasn't too fond of is that it can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated to locate participants for specific demographics. A situation thats quite typical with most testing platforms though worth noting if you're aiming at very particular audiences.. Apart from that hiccup for teams, with highly specialized needs. the overall process is fairly seamless and efficient.
