Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very intuitive and user friendly and very easy to implement. Pricing is attractive compared to similar ATS's. No cap on no. of vacancies or users, all features included. Integrated video interviewing with AI generated transcript is a stand-out feature, as is the candidate workflow & message automation. We are a consulting company searching for talent to join us full time and/or as a contractor. For years we have been trying to build a "virtual bench" to track talent and tag it for easy searches when we receive a resource request. Teamtailor gives us so much flexibility in making the tool work for our unique needs, it has been amazing. One of the best features is the resource request form which our project managers use on a regular basis to alert us of needs to find additional project team members. Another highlight is the professional look and feel for candidates. We have received lots of great feedback on how easy it is to apply to one of our job postings. Personalization (front and back) Great help desk support Innovation Video, filters, triggers (automatization) Cons Not created having agencies in mind (no CRM and no support for multiple, separate organizations). A couple of minor flaws: 1. You have to remember to save your changes. The system does not automatically save any updates you make and if you forget to hit save your comments or changes are lost. 2. If you accidentally move a candidate to the wrong job you cannot undo it but have to reject the candidate from that particular job which marks him/her as rejected, even if he/she is still active in other jobs. is not free :-) but I cannot find out other cons. I did contact his rep in Spain but they have presence in other countries (HQ in Sweden)		Pros from Real Users Pros Workable makes it easier to integrate and connect with our website; It helps us filter the candidates more appealing to each job opening; Adding teams to work together is the main feature for us; Awesome way to create forms; Very intuitive. Managers, even with limited tech backgrounds, could easily navigate the system with little help. I also love the flexibility - it allows users to customize information at every stage and ensures information is always accurate. Love it. Customer Service team is incredible. Very quick in response and always provided thorough information. Seamless candidate pipeline management. The tool is very easy to use, and I love how I can loop in colleagues that are involved in the interview process. I like "Workable" because it is user= friendly. It gives just enough information that you need to decide step 1: Does the person meet the qualifications for the position?? Next, I appreciated seeing a cover letter and a CV. Lastly, it kept updating our college with other candidates who applied. Workable is a best hiring platform. Automated tools helps in hiring best candidate for our company. Streamline the process.
