Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They really are no Pros to this product in my opinion. As I don’t use this in my daily work as a property manager I can’t speak of the side of the property management but as the tenant this is a ridiculous product. The sales pitch, they were great at selling us the solution knowing that it didn't do what they said to us. Cons The system takes away the ease of reporting for a tenant. It is a lengthy process and a waste of time talking to a robot. The app should automatically log straight to a property manager not a silly chat with a robot. I don’t have time for that as a property manager as well as a tenant I’m so glad that I don’t have anything like this for my tenants at work. they do not provide any confirmation or proof that you’ve lodged maintenance and this can be detrimental to a tribunal case or a breach that needs to be lodged by a tenant against an agent. Everything they say they have they don't. They have fired most of their staff and the ones they have tell you anything to get you to sign up. Once you do you realise it is all smoke and mirrors. They pay people to say they are great in forums where we found out about them, but as it turns out they don't use it they just promote it for a fee.		Pros from Real Users Pros It is a good platform to carry out maintenance of different kinds, with a quality of order easy to configure in relation to the quality of the internet connection you have, so the work can be as adaptable as required at the time. Emaint also allows working with offline maintenance sessions. Emaint is a software with many qualities when it comes to monitoring the progress of maintenance sessions, which can be segmented and organized depending on different priority prospects. The platform connects very well to online call execution and helpdesk services, making it ideal for use alongside software such as TeamViewer. Emaint stands out for being one of the few CMMS services that are kept up to date, with contact directory tools to make maintenance with customers faster. Although our focus with Emaint is computer network maintenance, it can be used for all types of physical and digital applications.
