Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros About nothing - their customer facing UI experience for kiosk ordering was OK - if it worked. They integrated with MarketMan but even that didn't work properly. Cons Everything - this is literally the worst ran business I have ever experienced. Tech support is terrible, sales team is terrible and the product itself is buggier than a car windshield that has never been washed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros it offers excellent features for restaurant management, and the design is very modern . the software runs smoothly without major glitches, making it reliable during busy hours. I like the integration bundle but they should have a unlimited bundle package to be better then Chowly and 3rd party providers and if they created a website they would definitely do great and they should do something with DoorDash and third parties to lower commissions rate one small restaurant can’t make that difference but a platform like toast can literally take over the virtual market with just a few of these options Cons the pricing and add-on fees can be a bit high for smaller businesses. also, the customer service response time can sometimes be improved. Integration took to along to set up I had to add google direct ordering for my location and got over charged I may have to switch integrations.
