		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Youtestme solution offers a very large range of features to plan and set up on distance testing sessions (we don't use the training features). The possibility to customise text quizzes can be complicated to use at the beginning as it follows some Youtestme specific rules and conditions. We didn't finish exploring all these possibilities. Solutions we used to use before were pretty simple compared to Youtesme so we needed to adapt to such a change. Our main contact, Amra was very supportive. She's very knowledgeable of the solution and always helped in finding solutions/workaround when we were facing difficulties. We didn't agree on everything but this is also how we grow up as organisations. Support team is very reactive and willing to help. The automatic translation feature makes a huge difference. The AI surveillance feature helps for the first triage level The final user (candidates at our level) experience is clean and fluid. The tech support for the test takers in both English and French is an all-star high quality. All the students' concerns are addressed properly and politely. The issues with the candidate's computers or cameras are resolved in a matter of 5 to 20 minutes. I liked how comprehensive it was and how easy it was to use honestly. A big plus for me was that the customer support and the materials they provided were very much available at all times and so, so helpful! I appreciate YouTestMe because their platform offers numerous reports covering all features of the platform, including scheduled reports. It is a robust and secure tool for exam monitoring. Additionally, for our final users, it is very simple to use. Customizability: The flexibility to tailor questions and test formats to specific medical specialties is impressive. User-Friendly Interface: Both test creators and test-takers find the platform intuitive and easy to navigate, reducing the learning curve and allowing us to focus on content rather than technology. Robust Reporting: The detailed analytics provided after each assessment have been instrumental in identifying knowledge gaps and improving our educational programs. Security Features: With the increasing importance of remote testing, YouTestMe's proctoring capabilities provide confidence in the integrity of our assessments. Cons - The users knowledge database could be more self explanatory about conditional behaviors (ie: when set up X disables set up Y or requires set up W) - Reporting tool could be improved when it comes to refine results, segregate sources or automatic sendings - It's not a "cons" but the solution requires a bit of time to understand the logic and how to best adapt it to ones needs. - As a software editor ourselves, we expected some more granularity and power in features that seem obvious to us I cannot think of anything that was inconvenient and did not get fixed in the shortest terms by the development team of YouTestMe. There's not many cons I would say or I have seen. This software might appear a bit intimidating to first time users but from personal experience that goes away pretty fast after you've been using it for a bit. The platform is quite complex, and some information is not available in the knowledge database. I don't have any Cons to share. The support team has been great, especially Aleksandra Kockar.
