Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked how simple it is to scan and review inventory, as well as how easy it is to change primary locations. Receiving product and adding locations have been fairly painless. Easier interface. Quicker scanning. Increased accuracy. Sounds call out scanning. New handhelds are better than the tablets. SwiftCount was able to handle a physical count of 80,000 different items. The speed to process the information was very good. Ease of the integration process of SwiftCount into Sage 300. The time saved going digital from a manual order picking process. Customer support through the transition as well as any questions or issues we have had since integrating SwiftCount. The speed at which issues are addressed by the SwiftCount team. -Provides quick and easy access to inventory product locations. -Web based portion is very fast and powerful. -Very good customer support available. Cons - not having the ability to have multiple locations show when using Spire - the limited amount of printer that can be used to print barcodes. Some of the previous features which we used were not ported over. The extra step needed to choose the location slowed down the process. The function to lock the location is a good alternative, but make us lose precision. I can't really say there are things we do not like about it. There are always little things that make the process different. Employees will complain about them in the beginning because they are different. Once they get used to them or we adjust our process to flow with new system everything works fine. -Certain features lack enough customization for now, but some have been implemented over our time with the product.
