Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, stable database, excellent performance. Upgrading the software to a newer version was always an easy step. Relatively simple to implement. Excellent functionality and options. Intuitive interface. Secure transfer within and across domains. The program was easy to setup and the process for setting up Multi-Sync pairs was very straight forward SureSync is easy enough to setup and maintain. Installation and updates are very straight forward. The design is not overly complicated but still allows it be deployed the way we need it. There are a lot of configuration options. Support is always responsive and helps to resolve any issues we have. Pricing is very attractive when compared to alternative products. Suresync is a good product. I like the log files, they provide details of what was moved/copied/deleted. You can easily check each job and view the status. Support is excellent! We always received a reply within hours and usually had a fix in less than a day. The instructions provided are very detailed and easy to follow. The best part is the software is it just works! Cons Nothing to dislike, i was never let down. Even after upgrading to a higher version. Takes a long time to load the log pages. When viewing alert pages I sometimes have to close out completely and start again to get back to the view I wanted. Bit challenging to recover DB but support was excellent The GUI looks very dated. There are lots of configuration options, in some cases too many which causes some confusion. Sometimes the product stop working and does not alert as expected. Occasionally it gets hung up. But not very often. When this happens we just run a re-scan and everything is back in sync. Corporate plans are very cost-effective. Easy to control access of saved files. SynaMan helps to make seamless file sharing from its secure tunnel. The backup process is scheduled and easy to setup. File download is fast. Encrypted file storage. You can access files from the browser. SynaMan is a robust cloud file transfer tool. It offers multiple ways to share files. You can share with any user using a quick sharing file URL. It's a handy tool to securely share files anywhere. SynaMan gives a central file management platform where we can remotely access and manage files. The deployment of SynaMan is easy. We can share files using email attachments. SynaMan builds a remote access file storage to make your files secure and easily accessible. It offers an intuitive user interface to navigate through your files and documents. IP session tracking adds security. Cons I haven't faced any downside in my experience. No cons. Data backup is not truly automated. Sometimes it failed to upload. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. SynaMan performs excellently. No negative to share. Custom data restoration didn't worked as expected.
