Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I appreciate the discounted shipping rate for everything, from basic stamps to large box shipping. Website use is a breeze. Cons Sometimes you make a mistake, so you have to request a refund. But that refund takes many days, up to 2 weeks, to be received back into your account.
