Square POS is a simple and intuitive point-of-sale (POS) solution that delivers a robust set of tools for sales tracking, inventory, online payment processing, digital receipts, and analytics. Available for Android and iOS devices, Square POS provides a recording of transactions offline by storing data locally and then automatically syncing all information when their is an Internet connection. Additionally, Square POS enables users to seamlessly manage details, such as names, prices, and quantities and provides features such as a barcode scanner, discounts, credit card processing, gift cards, refunds, and more. Whether or not your business has a brick-and-mortar location, building a robust online presence can help you engage customers from a distance. TallyTill is self-checkout software for small and unattended retail - farm stands, honor boxes, micro markets, market booths, camp stores and event gates.
Bring your own hardware: it runs on a phone or tablet you already own. No proprietary terminal and no card reader to buy - tap to pay happens on the device.
Customers scan a barcode, or snap a photo of an item that was never barcoded (loose produce, baked goods, plants, cut flowers) and AI identifies it against your catalog. They pay by card, tap to pay, QR, or cash and check with an envelope code.
Honor mode sells unattended; kiosk mode pins the app so a tablet can be left out alone. Sales queue offline and sync when the connection returns.
Also included: catalog, sales tax by jurisdiction, receipts, tickets and wristband printing, reporting and reconciliation. Plans start free - no card, no expiration, no contract.
