Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Single platform where I can manage the different tenants, making general blocking easier by tenant and by email on a day-to-day basis Detect most spams. The Block domain is an excellent feature. Great sales and support team. Both Clare and Marie are very responsive and provide excellent customer service. They know the product very well and answer our questions quickly. Very easy to use this product. A reliable product with standby server. TitanHQ have great support and fix most issues within the hour. Easy to setup and configure. Easy web interface to manage user or global settings. Priced well, cheaper than most competitors. End user friendly. Cons Difficulty understanding the platform at first, difficulty migrating from the previous platform to the new one 1) Cannot select multiple email to be deleted 2) Very hard to use the geofence (by country) 3) Missing search engine 4) Missing filter by languages Reporting options are limited. I would prefer options to have report sorted differently and be able to have the full report come out on a different schedule than the delta report. For example, report all potential spam weekly, but just report occurrences since last report daily. Would like to be able to block enveloped addresses. Interface could do with a facelift. I wish the filter would be finer tuned, we have had to make a fair bit of changes to get it to catch some spam that was getting through. Also, some type of spam just gets through no matter what you do.
