	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I tried Zil Bank a few months ago, after my bank's security was compromised. I found the process of signing up for the app to be very easy and straightforward, and I like how it has all of my banking information in one place. I don't have to go through multiple apps to find what I am looking for. It also has a great feel and interface design- not too flashy, but colorful enough that it doesn't. They are free of charge to start an online bank account, system is user-friendly and easy to be dealt with. Cons Too many services inside, which was confusing at first. But made life easy after learning all. They are the worst customer service I have ever got exposed to with all due respect for the respectful reps I talked to but they are not professional and very misleading.
