Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great support, very responsive. Super easy to use. Cost-effective. Payment processing integrations. Zoom integration. So easy to use, very user friendly. Also, great customer service! Fast and friendly, totally understood our needs. Exceptional customer service, great end-user interface for our customers, effective ticket-scanning app, efficient event setup process, clean administrator user interface, and the best-possible pricing structure for our operation. Easy to use, not cluttered with excess features. Works well on mobile and PC. Company is responsive to support requests. Team was responsive and helpful with questions, new interface was clean and easy to use. I really like the feature of being able to import guests and then being able to find your attendees and resend/download the ticket if they cannot find them. The easy entry app is great to use and tracks everyone you scan in. Cons Nada, really. I haven't found one thing I dislike about the platform. I have NO complaints! This is perfect and so easy! Ticket-scanning app (Event Organizer) can be buggy every once in a while, ticket checkout landing page is not fully customizable, full customer information does not pull in to our payment processing system (Square), not able to pull entire order/attendee list for a single event that has multiple event times (eg, ten events at a single venue over the course of three weeks). The prior version (several years ago) had some issues, but the current version works very well and we have no complaints. Needed to have their team customize the ticket design- we couldn't do that ourselves. Tickets do end up landing in junk email folders after being sent out.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great customers support that actually took time to explain and walk through creating my event and teach me how to use the new features. Always updating and making the UI better and obviously cheaper than other competitors - the main selling point for me. Plus I can connect my Stripe Account! I have used other platforms previously and had trouble assessing my event sales - it was a nightmare. When i rang the TryBooking hotline, i was greeted by a lovely member. We run a mix of free events and paid workshops, it's great to know real people are behind the platform and can offer personalised support when you need. Great customer service. Easy to navigate system. In-built Mailing system for communicating with registrants. Simple custom field creation. CSV export available for reporting. Mobile Scanning App. I used the Learning Centre to set up my event. All my questions were answered. I also called the support team and my call was answered straight away. Really affordable compared to alternatives. Has a great create event wizard that means you can sell tickets straight away. Only had to use support once and they answered the phone immediately and were helpful. Cons There is a lot of features that you don't know what to do with when you first log in. But at least doesn't take too long learn how to use them, but I wish it was easier to find them all in the navigation bar. Takes a while to get used to it, especially ticket pricing. Just found out they have a fundraising feature. They should promote their features more. Overall, I like it. I think there could be additional tools like design templates which would be a plus. Can only link one bank account to a TryBooking account. Nothing, everything worked without a hitch. Would suggest this site for anyone who is computer savvy. Takes a while to locate all the features, UI is not the same throughout the whole system.
