Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is nothing this product does that is not done equally well by a competitor. Save yourself the money and don't buy this product. Cons The list is extensive and holds everything from basic support to the fact that this product does not allow your staff to do the simple things well.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros For managers they can use Face ID to make discounts. You can remove things people don’t want on their food easily. Cons This system is extremely slow, I would keep customers waiting all the time. At least 3 times during my shift the tablet would stop taking payments. Splitting checks, ringing in and taking payment was time consuming and complicated compared to other systems. Removing items already rang in where difficult the managers would have to sign out completely to take something off or discount.
