About
Simcenter S-Frame is a Siemens structural analysis and design solution built for modeling, analyzing, and designing structures of varying complexity. It supports different materials, load cases, nonlinear behaviors, and design code requirements for a wide range of structural engineering projects. The software helps users create models faster with automated framework generators, cloning tools, and BIM or DXF import links. Simcenter S-Frame includes advanced meshing tools that allow engineers to generate detailed analysis results in areas of interest. It supports many analysis types, including linear static, vibration, response spectrum, time history, P-Delta, buckling, staged construction, moving load, and nonlinear analysis. With integrated steel and concrete design tools, reporting features, and links to Revit, TEKLA Structures, AutoCAD DXF, S-Frame Timber, and S-Frame Foundation, it helps engineers improve productivity and design confidence.

About
StructSuite is free, browser-based structural design and load-calculation software for residential and light-frame buildings. It designs wood and steel beams and columns to NDS 2024 and AISC 360-22; floor and ceiling joists and rafters using 2024 IBC span tables; wood-frame shear walls drawn on the building plan to SDPWS 2021, with Simpson hold-downs and anchors; isolated and strip footings to ACI 318-25; and cantilever retaining walls with concrete or CMU stems to TMS 402-22. It also calculates dead, live, seismic, and wind loads to ASCE 7-22. Each step shows equations with project values substituted and a book icon quoting the governing code paragraph. The results can be assembled into one calculation report for plan review. The free plan includes every module, unlimited calculations, and one cloud project. Pro adds unlimited projects, PDF reports, and an online verification link for plan checkers; subscriptions cost $100/month or $1,000/year, and a one-week Pro pass costs $50.
