About

Setfos is advanced semiconductor device simulation software from Fluxim for modeling and optimizing OLEDs, organic and perovskite solar cells, photodetectors, and other thin-film optoelectronic devices. It combines electrical, optical, and electrothermal simulation in one platform. Setfos models charge injection, transport, trapping, recombination, exciton generation, light emission, optical interference, absorption, and light outcoupling. It calculates current-voltage characteristics, luminance, electroluminescence spectra, quantum efficiency, electric fields, carrier densities, optical generation profiles, reflection, transmission, and absorption. The software uses drift-diffusion semiconductor modeling and transfer-matrix optical simulation for multilayer structures. Setfos is used by academic and industrial researchers for device design, parameter studies, experimental interpretation, loss analysis, and optimization of OLEDs, solar cells, and other semiconductor devices.

About

Simulath is a browser-based collection of interactive simulators for vocational and technical education. Its labs cover electrical circuits, including Ohm's law and voltage dividers, solar photovoltaic systems and energy storage, industrial automation, and structured cabling. Students can practise technical concepts at their own pace in an interactive setting, from foundational electrical principles to virtual examples of renewable-energy systems, automation, and cabling. The product is intended for vocational and technical students and the teachers and academies that support them. Instructors can use the simulators as classroom learning activities, while learners can return to the exercises for independent practice. Simulath brings these subject areas together in one browser-based learning resource for technical skills education.
