It provides the facilities to explore the data according to Postage Spend, Postage Refill, Receiving, Contracts, Supplies. SendPro Analytics dashboard offers the graphical representation for the data analysis. We can filter the data by Division/Region, Locations, State and City, By User / Agent, By Carrier, By Cost Accounts, By Weight Break, etc Reports section is fantastic for filtering and analyzing the data. We can measure the data as per Postage spend and savings, Base rate, Extra services amount, Surcharges amount, Piece count for Mailing and Shipping transactions, and transaction date. We can export the records as well. The custom report feature is incredible for Spend, Refill, and Contract modules. We can create a customized report to analyze the data. We can access the features as per permission allowed to the user. SendPro Analytics gives user roles like System User, Service User, Enterprise User, Location, and Division User. It has lots of valuable customers like Deloitte, JPMorgan Chase, United States Department of Agriculture, UnitedHealth Group, Bank of America, CVS Healthcare, AARP, etc... Cons Sometimes, I observed performance issues with large enterprises. Apart from it, everything looks good to me. This ensures that order data is synchronized accurately, preventing errors and reducing the risk of fulfillment issues. Insightful Reporting Tools: The reporting tools offer valuable insights into shipping performance. Analytics and reports empower businesses to make informed decisions and optimize their shipping strategies. For small to medium-sized businesses, shipping products can be a logistical headache. ShipStation made it simple for me to track my shipments and swiftly delete them from inventory. Our company uses ShipStation integrated with our Lightspeed eCommerce site. Once everything is setup, it works like a charm. Packages are just a few clicks away from being sent and the customer automatically receives the shipping confirmation and tracking information- which we have setup to be sent on our branded landing page. Need to split a shipment? No problem. Easy to use for integrating shipping on your ecommerce store. I like how easy it is to use and works seamlessly. Cons Learning Curve: While the platform is user-friendly, some users may experience a learning curve initially. Training and onboarding resources may be beneficial for new users. Cost Consideration: Depending on the scale of operations, the pricing structure may be a consideration. For smaller businesses, the cost may be relatively higher compared to alternative solutions. Customization Complexity: Advanced customization may require a deeper understanding of the platform, making it less accessible for users who are not well-versed in customization processes. Occasional Glitches: Some users have reported occasional glitches, such as delayed syncing or display issues. While these are infrequent, they can impact operational efficiency. ShipStation should be more user-friendly. It also lacks a robust reporting system. On this platform, I'd like to be able to dive into my sales statistics. The only critique I have is that we would love to be able to have the shipping cost automatically add in package insurance for selected items. There are times when the shipping cost exceeds what we have charged the customer- this is typically only when insurance is necessary. There's not really much for cons for ShipStation.
