	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to set up and get running. The semi-automatic updates reduce the operational effort while still giving us control over the process. Support for legacy token exchange was also important for our specific setup and worked well for us. The setup and migration process were straightforward. I was able to migrate my existing Keycloak installation, including my existing database, keep my own custom domain, and continue using real Keycloak without rebuilding my configuration from scratch. Everything has been running reliably since the migration. The support has been excellent: friendly, personal, fast, and technically competent whenever I had questions. They manage keycloak for you, provide the necessary plugins, and also provide the best practices use Skycloak as Keycloak managed service is very easy to use. We evaluated a couple of other products, and all members of the team unanimously voted for Skycloak for it's ease of use and it's excellent support we enjoyed from the Skycloak team during the evaluation period. Cons Nothing major so far. We would appreciate a bit more transparency around upcoming updates and version changes. I don't have any specific drawbacks to mention at this point. Nothing specific, everything that i requested has been already satisfied For the Startup companies of the poor countries of Africa and other poor continents, Skycloak is a bit more expensive.
