	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros TextUs is easy to use and we get a good response to our messages. Support is quick to respond to issues. Our account manager is wonderful - helpful and provides proactive communication. Cons We have had some unforeseen issues that took a while to resolve. Better communication from leadership needed at times.
