Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They have a touchless program for iPad; they had the Apple Wallet Download, and they had an iOS App for Security Officers. I also heard they had all of this for Android and Windows... But we don't use that, but many of our visitors do... so we needed that too. I normally don't write reviews, but the support has been great. This came highly recommended from our consultant. The vendor portal for the vendors, the COI management and the approval process was simple, and our suppliers were up and running pretty quickly. The mobile apps are pretty easy too. I am looking forward to what they will think of next. The product had all the features we needed including an integration to our access program. When we asked if we could connect it to a kiosk and use it to create our own email, it was perfect. The team has worked with us on a bunch of projects, and they have been great. Cons Our access control integration works well, the QR codes allow people into the turnstiles, and into a parking lot. We have seen it work with other access control systems, where you can use the QR code where it can be used from your smartphone. With our installation, our access control could not accommodate that function. Once we upgrade, I think we will have it all working. The merging of the vendors works but could be a better. The text messaging was great, but sometimes, I get too many. We have different documentation for various types of guests. SV3 sent all the information and we get all the signatures; I think it would be great if there was a deeper search function.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My coworking space was drowning in spreadsheets, laborious invoicing, and members bombarding reception with booking requests and issues. After adopting Spacebring, we have completely eliminated these challenges. It just works so well, i can't describe. Members are booking on their own, invoicing is on auto-pilot, and everything is just so smooth that I almost never have to be at the reception present. Cons Spacebring has so many features that at first was a bit overwhelming, but I disabled what I didn't need at first and focused on launching subs and bookings. After that, I started layering in some additional features like support ticketing and events.
