	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Although their self-service features made my everyday life so much easier, I really appreciate their SQL box that allows me to generate my own queries when ever I need to. I can also do cross queries from different data bases pretty easily. We highly benefited from their interactive features to build our dashboards. You can easily filter them and use historical data to support several discussions as well as find patterns in the data. Would definitely recommend it for any business area. I really like the (interactive) features of their dashboards. I used them to present market research results and share analysis results of quantitative online surveys. Cons They could offer a longer trial period to really explore their features in detail. However, when I asked them for an extension they agreed. Their trial period could be a bit longer; they only offer 14 days which is not enough to really test the tool. However, they extended it at request. There are some features that a hard to use without any SQL knowledge. For in-depth statistical analysis I would also recommend using an additional tool.
