What I like about RouteGenie the most is they listen. All the other companies I used never did. This allowed RouteGenie to grow with leaps and bound past the others. This platform has everything I need. Orders, users, dispatching, everything. I really like the friendliness of the support. Somehow I needed to add a new reporting feature with notes and they did it in a few days. Low cost, great features, multiple broker integrations, and is Mobile friendly (my company is always working on the go) Love the flexibility and detail that RouteGenie provides. The PreAssign functionality has reduced our scheduling time from hours to just minutes. We've been live now for just over four months and have barely yet touched on some of the system's value added functionality and advanced reporting tools. With these additional tools, we are looking forward to being able to better analyze our business trends and KPIs, as well as better utilize route optimization functionality to reduce our overall costs.
