Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to setup, instal apps and manage websites. There is nothing more. You have the possibility to do nearly anything. Nothing at all. There are no redeeming qualities of this platform and it should never be considered by anyone. There are literally no imposed limits, not bandwidth, visitors, database size, use of plugins, etc. I don't have to work around limitations. Their tech is fast and their support too. Managing of websites is done using Plesk, which I had not seen before but now I think it's the best. Light years ahead of the pack. Very intuitive and easy to use, this makes me more productive. The features available to me are mind-blowing, I actually need fewer plugins on my websites. Great documentation for Plesk and more things you needs to know. Questions are being answered and as its managed support, they will do it for you. Zero nagging points to sell me more stuff, it's cleanest UI/UX (worth mentioning). Cons Outages in the order of hours are no exception. Unavailability of services or support is standard. Imagine putting your clients' sites here. Their slogan from their site: "We provide you with a unique and unmatched hosting experience, delivering 99.99% uptime & 24/7 support" it is pure fiction and has nothing to do with reality. Worst hosting experience I've had. If you want to lose business and feel frustrated, order their services. Everything. Ridiculous downtime (just this weekend along I'm at 24 hours down - that's half the weekend...), terrible support that's incompetent in more ways than one, and slow speeds. A few months ago support was a bit slow but that has changed. I know I will not be happy with other hosting companies after this experience (I hope we will be together forever :)	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Switching hosting providers usually sounds like a complicated task, but Ultahost made the process much easier with its free migration service. I didn’t have to worry about manually moving every website component myself. Having migration included made the transition feel organized and gave me a much smoother start with my new hosting account. I’ve been impressed with UltaHost’s updated support agent feature. It gives me a simple way to get assistance when I have a question about my service, and it helps make the support process feel less complicated. I like having guidance available without needing to spend a long time searching for the right information. I recently started using UltaHost for Windows hosting and have been very pleased with the overall experience. What stood out to me most was the attention given to server security. Having a Windows environment where I can use the built-in security tools and keep Windows Defender and security updates properly maintained gives me much more confidence when running my applications. The support team replies quickly even when they cannot solve the problem and they are polite even when they can't help. With UltaHost, I can work with different domains and hosting configurations without constantly switching between unrelated services. The cPanel environment is useful when another domain needs to be added, while the DNS controls give me the flexibility to make changes when a project requires something more specific. Cons One thing I really appreciated about Ultahost was the free migration option. Moving an existing website can become expensive when additional services are involved, so having this included was a welcome benefit. It’s a useful addition that makes the customer experience smoother and shows that UltaHost is continuing to improve its support. The server setup was straightforward, and the remote access experience has been smooth. Performance has also been consistent, even when I have several applications and services running at the same time. The WHM and cPanel of the VDS and VPS are not working properly. I work between a Windows desktop and a MacBook, and accessing the management interface from either machine has been straightforward. For projects that need a different type of server environment, I also like having options such as macOS VPS/VDS.
