Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We liked very much that RocketNode was able to help get us what we needed in a quick fashion. They understood what we wanted and helped execute. Great support team. Hosting top notch. Very pleased with service and response time to our questions. Highly recommend. The support team's response has been subpar; it's been four days since I submitted a support ticket on the website, and I have yet to receive any form of communication from them. Lol nothing. Didn’t even get to use. First off the only way to contact them is through tickets there’s no phone number or chat secondly it seemed to me that they don’t care about the customer at all. Cons I don't have any cons at this time - very happy so far. No cons at this time - everything we asked about was resolved quickly and professionally. Support team, setting up my server, getting my login info for my panel, etc. Everything services are horrendous. And they will not refund you for any reason.
