	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Integrated platform to convert scanned docs to digital through OCR. Accurate extraction of common metadata fields that are useful in day to day operations. Intuitive User Interface and little to no learning curve. Excellent customer support and quick response. You can search deeper in your contracts for keywords, clauses and contract terms. And can compare your contracts and clauses from standard templates or another executed contracts from your contract repository. Ability to review and compare two executed documents before final signatures. Negotiate better terms based on historical data. Best Contract Analytics, and I suggested my friends, they will provide good support and price & work is complete different. This platform has very good and in depth search functionality for keywords, clauses, phrases and one can add several smart tags to contracts to easily find based on tags. Also it has a smart semantic search powered by NLP to show terms related to the keyword you are looking for. Another great feature is the intelligent comparison of two contracts and see visually the deviations. Cons The lead times to train the meta fields can be reduced. More useful dashboards and this can be improved. There are no cons with this tool. There is only limited data handling in the trial version. Nothing is there, best services they will provide. Their contract drafting module is currently being developed
