Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros From an operational standpoint, Rimo has been a strong all-in-one infrastructure layer for launching and scaling telehealth workflows. What works well: * The platform significantly reduces the need to stitch together multiple vendors (EMR, billing, pharmacy, and patient flow tools). * Speed to launch is a major advantage; setup and deployment are noticeably faster compared to more fragmented stacks. * The flexibility in structuring clinical workflows (video, async care, labs, prescribing, and fulfillment) makes it easy to adapt to different telehealth verticals. * Billing and operational tooling are tightly integrated, which simplifies day-to-day management and reduces operational overhead. * The system is built in a way that allows teams to scale without constantly reworking their backend infrastructure. Nothing the platform did not make me happy i have nothing good to say about them please read the cons listed below. Cons Areas to be mindful of: * Because the platform is modular and configurable, teams that are not operationally clear on their workflows may need some initial guidance during setup. * Like any full-stack system, taking advantage of all capabilities requires some onboarding and internal alignment. Hidden fees they never disclose upfront, then they lock you in so you can't bring your own doctor or pharmacy or leave without a fight. On top of that they claim to be HIPAA compliant and they absolutely are not. Stay far away total bait and switch.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Simple to find medications and view past medications. All pharmacies can find easily and re-prescribing for follow-up visits is two clicks. Cons None so far. The initial sign-up for any erx is a pain but only took about 10 minutes. Had to take a pic of license and get approved, but it was faster than expected
