Rilk keeps stock as a physical fact: which warehouse, which bin, how many, and for serialized goods, exactly which unit. Receive against a purchase order, scan units into bins, move them between bins, and count them. Serialized inventory is the difference. Each serial or IMEI keeps its own cost, grade and history, from the purchase order it came in on to the order it left on. A regraded unit keeps its trail. A returned unit comes back to the same record. Kits and bundles sell as one SKU and draw down their components. Vendors and purchase orders feed cost into every unit, so profit per unit is computed from what you paid, not an average. Reports cover stock on hand, stock value and movement history. Inventory, warehouse, serials and purchase orders are on Pro. Rilk does not do demand forecasting or reorder suggestions.

Rilk runs every channel from one place without charging per channel. Free connects Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and WooCommerce. Pro adds Back Market, Newegg, Etsy, Temu listings and PayWhirl orders. Ultimate adds Mirakl retailers such as Best Buy, Macy's, Kohl's, Saks and Nordstrom, Wayfair, Walmart DSV, and retailer EDI through SPS Commerce and Rithum. Orders from all of them arrive in one queue with the channel's own order number, ship-by date and buyer shipping method. Ship it, and tracking goes back to that channel. On Pro, quantities push to each channel from one stock pool, switched on per channel so you decide which listings Rilk controls. Payouts close the loop. Amazon, Walmart and eBay settlements reconcile to the order automatically; other channels reconcile by importing the retailer's remittance file. You see what each order actually paid, not what it was listed for.
