Pros from Real Users Pros I have been using RetailEdge (RE) for 15 years to help manage my small business. RE is a fantastic database that allows for multi-faceted reports to assist with decision making to manage and grow my business. Need tech support? They are there for you! And yes a real human will be assisting you. You guys are great! RE is always updating their system to accommodate any needs you may want or need and at a reasonable price. So glad I chose your product over other competitors. Thank you :) The soft is easy to use, it is reliable, easy to use, the back office features really amazes me and the support bus on point. Extremely simple to set up and use, customer service very understanding and super fast to response, very well priced, loaded with amazing features, one time payment. Isaac guided me through my mistakes, and he advised me in a professional way until he fixed them. Thank you Isaac. The support and sales teams are responsive. They go above and beyond and the product is constantly evolving based on users' input. There are is not a huge investment and all your data can be exported to Excel. This was a huge influence as I was unsure when starting my business what type of system I would actually need. If I changed my mind I could transfer data. After 10 years I have not changed my mind. Very low monthly fees and great customer service. Easy to learn. Easy to customize to my unique store. Multiple locations all can seen from any location. Support team Is GREAT and fast to return call and questions. Many options available, easy to use, lots of reports to create different type of reports for different task. I love how customizable RE is, their customer support is top notch, and their pricing is unmatched. Plus, it's super easy to use, and has proven reliable for the 5 years I've had it, so far! With 0 experience in using POS software this program was super easy to install, setup, and use! Customer Service is excellent, they answer any questions you have!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I used this program periodically while trying to decide on a platform to create websites for clients. While I didn't go with it. It was very easy to use and very intuitive. Shopify is incredibly user-friendly and yet extremely professional and easily integrates with multiple plug-ins such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and brick-and-mortar POS systems like Clover. Allows for a sleek online presence and is extremely helpful in garnering traffic through available marketing applications. Cons It was a bit pricier than the platform I decided to go with. No other cons. There really aren't many notable cons for Shopify, perhaps only that if you are a user who is very unfamiliar with e-commerce you may have a bit of a learning curve.
