	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. It's accuracy is much better than the alternatives I tried and I tried a few. 2. Sales as well as the support teams, both are very responsive 3. Setup and installation was quite quick 4. On-prem deployment in our case, unlike many that take away your data so all our data remains with us 5. Intuitive design, doesn't feel intrusive at all, which was my biggest worry to begin with. Cons I would like more features and have my dev team use it well...their marketing could be slightly better.
