Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros robust build out for commercial real estate brokers who want to maintain deep relationships with clients, contacts, and properties. Was great for me for years. RealNex is tailored to real estate and customizable to individual needs. The customer support is second to none. I’ve been using RealNex for over five years. Matthew Smith and the RealNex team have been incredible partners throughout this journey always available, responsive, and genuinely helpful. RealNex is an essential tool for brokers: seamless property and contact management, rapid searches, lead tracking, and cold calling. We’ve tried other CRMs, but nothing compares to the value and integration RealNex provides. It’s not just software it’s a must-have for any brokerage. Work with Matthew Smith at RealNex is super easy, to get my issues solved. I really appreciate, that Matthew is alway transparent! Highly recommend reaching out to Matt Smith for any CRM needs. He is well informed on the product and a pleasure to work with. Cons the UI is an acquired taste, you really need to learn and use all the features in order to get the most out of it. Been using RealNex for over a decade. I can't really identify any cons...other then I wish I had started using it earlier in my career. Ability to implement new features with speed and ease is harder. I really hope that, in the future RealNex can interface with automation. Little to no complaints when it comes to RealNex CRM.		Pros from Real Users Pros Rent Manager is user friendly and helps us keep a balanced book. Support is always incredibly helpful. Rent Manager makes it easy to keep track of properties, tenants, and day-to-day tasks. There are a lot of useful features, and once you get used to the system, it’s pretty straightforward. Rent Manager delivers great value for medium-to-large portfolios, though it’s pricey for small landlords—customer support is responsive but slower at month-end, and while the desktop version is powerful once you learn it, the mobile app still has occasional bugs and crashes; that said, tenant and rental management are excellent, with reliable rent collection and deep customization options. Incredibly smooth implementation process, really set me up to be able to go out on my own after the 3 months. Very good program for managing tenants and reports for the real estate management firm. easy to use. If you want great customer service that is what you will get. Not only are they quick to solve the issue but they go extra mile and are very patient and kind. user friendly and intuitive software. Boost your team's efficiency with a seamless, easy to use interface I really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy. The system brings leasing, maintenance, accounting, reporting, and tenant communication into one easy‑to‑use platform. The search tools, workflows, and automation options save a tremendous amount of time. I also appreciate how smoothly it integrates with third‑party tools and how powerful the reporting features are. The IT person was very helpful and very polite. He went in to use my computer to double check to make sure everything was correct. It was.
