	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The system is at an affordable price rate. The system provides basic functionality for translation agencies. The system has got many customisation options. Simple to use Follows typical agency workflows Cheap Good support when needed Comprehensive models Client and translator portals Cons The system is not reliable as it should. Specifically downtime occurs relatively often which impacts operational performance of teams. The system on occasional basis deletes users. The system has got issues with handling data and often computes unrealistic wrong numbers. Customer support is below par. A bit dated in terms of UI Can be slow Limited documentation - but to be frank it's so easy to use that you don't need the manual
