It is easy for our team to use, and our customers do not need to go through a complicated process to receive files securely. For a small business, that simplicity is very important. As an IT manager at an MSP, I regularly exchange technical reports, system documentation, backup files, credentials, and other sensitive information with clients. VegaCrypt gives our team a secure and straightforward way to send these files. User management is simple, and features such as controlled access and automatic expiration help us maintain better control over client data. As a product manager at an MSSP in Armenia, I work with consultants, technical teams, and clients who regularly exchange sensitive information. VegaCrypt makes it easy to securely share security assessments, audit reports, project documents, credentials, and large files. Controlled access, encryption, and automatic expiration help us manage confidential information more responsibly. VegaCrypt provides a secure and practical way to exchange sensitive documents, large files, images, and video evidence with internal teams and external partners. From a security leadership perspective, I value the controlled access, encrypted transfers, automatic expiration, and straightforward user administration. The platform is intuitive enough for business users, which reduces reliance on IT support and encourages adoption across the organization. VegaCrypt makes it easy to send sensitive client documents and large claim files securely. I often receive photos and videos as claim evidence, and the platform lets me transfer them without relying on regular email attachments. I would like to see more integrations with the insurance and CRM systems I use every day. More reporting and administrative options would also be helpful.
