About

QuickESign, a cloud-based signage software, allows users to display digital content on display screens located on churches, schools, libraries, retail stores, restaurants, and other public locations. QuickESign enables users to display advertisements, information, and other items of interest. QuickEsign provides users a streaming channel for Roku, Amazon FireTV, and AndroidTV. QuickESign also enables users to widgets such as Weather, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Canva, RSS feeds, and more.

About

ScreenFire is cloud-based digital signage software for managing business information and promotional content on connected TVs. It can use restaurant menu, price, availability, order, and schedule information to prepare screen updates, which staff review before publishing. Teams can publish content to selected displays, monitor connected screens, and create menus, posters, images, and videos with AI tools on paid plans. The current restaurant workflow includes a Toast connection; other industry workflows are described as pilots, design-partner work, or roadmap items rather than generally available capabilities. ScreenFire supports compatible Fire TV and Google TV devices or streaming players connected to HDMI displays. Plans include unlimited screens and use monthly publish or creation credits; hardware, installation, taxes, and custom integration work are separate.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Displays in the main office trailer and break room show weekly safety topics, project milestones, and upcoming deadlines. The field and office teams stay on the same page about schedule shifts and material deliveries. The screens are easy to read from across the room, which matters in a busy trailer environment. Project managers can make updates without walking the entire site to pass along every change.

Cons

  • We had to buy a weatherproof screen for the outdoor site area, since the standard setup isn't built for that kind of use. More visual-heavy templates would work better since many of our guys prefer pictures over text. Keeping content consistent across multiple screens takes a little extra effort. These are practical things to consider rather than issues with the software itself.
