From integration and installation to addressing our questions, they consistently provide fast and accurate answers. dReveal offers interactive dashboards with extensive chart customization options, including colors, positions, and axes. The Excel export feature is particularly strong, fully leveraging Excel’s charting capabilities. dReveal provides detailed control over report structure and data modeling, making it effective for MySQL and SQL Server users. The desktop designers offer versatility, and the documentation is helpful. The ability to interact with filters and customize reports is outstanding. I love that I can save my customizations and easily apply them later, making my workflow more efficient. The software is very adaptable, to the client architecture. Its remarkable how effortlessly users can interact with the software on business or personal computers to accomplish tasks and the number of clicks needed to reach the goal. Cons The process of building a report could be improved, particularly from a UI perspective. Moving the desktop builders to a web-based app might be more beneficial. While dReveal currently supports a limited number of data sources, it’s optimized for these, ensuring a smooth experience. The focus on one data source at a time simplifies setup but may be something to consider depending on your needs. The tool's current focus is on MySQL and SQL Server ensures it’s well-optimized for these platforms. It supports one data source at a time. It would be great if the desktop builders were integrated into the web platform. This would streamline the entire workflow, allowing everything to be managed directly online. There is always a chance to improve, especially handling with very very big amount of data
