Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like this software because it has multiple options that help me be more precise when collaborating with other clients. It has very fluid support; they answer quickly and are always aware of my suggestions. Pure Chat is very comfortable and is constantly growing because they are always updating it. I was able to increase collaboration and quality in all sectors. I have used Pure Chat for close to three years now and I like many things about this tool. First, I appreciate the ease of integration and customization. Secondly, I like that there is a free and trial version to get a feel of what the software can do. I also like that there are different versions for various devices such as mobile (Android and iOS) and web based versions. Pure Chat is a live chat software. Powerful and integrated software. Trigger based notification. Unlimited contacts. Simple and user friendly. Some of its features are marketing campaign traffic, trend, user experience. Increases sales for our business. It can be used on both mobile and desktop. Cons I don't have anything negative to mention about Pure Chat; on the contrary, it is incredibly comfortable. I can enjoy this program at a reasonable price. Its functions are of great opportunity; it has proven to be excellent software. Since deployment of Pure Chat, I would be lying to say I have experienced challenges. Easy to manage. Good customer support. Perfect software. No cons.
