I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version. I feel like emails are something that can always feel too cluttered because of the amount of emails that I receive, so this is a great solution to help me have more control around it. -SaneBox creates different folders for the different types of emails that I receive and it adds them to my email account, sorting all my emails and leaving the important ones in my main inbox folder. This helps tremendously with focusing on what’s important and leaving the rest for when my workday is finished or when I am on my break. -What is great about this software is that it has really smart technology that tracks all my emails and analyzes what are important matters to me and tracks the rates of opened emails from my account, analyzing which ones should be put in the main inbox and which ones are added to the SaneBox folders. -I like that this software doesn’t require any installations for it to work on my mailbox and it works immediately as soon as it is set up. SaneBox also saves me a lot of time during my work days because it keeps me from wasting it checking every email and making sure that it is actually important or not, and it helps me focus on my main tasks during the day. Then I discovered that I had to “train” the software for it to start recognizing more and more the prioritization of my emails by dragging them to the different folders that it creates and since I’ve done that, it has made an incredible difference in the way my emails are sorted and now the it works perfectly well and it balances all the emails I receive to keep my focus on the things that matter. I have also found that the price is quite elevated compared to other solutions and I would like to see more variety in the price ranges as well as the offered features on each plan. Pricing can be made more affordable for such a basic tool. Subscription based pricing can get expensive in long term usage.
