About

Proofline is a hosted code review service that evaluates GitHub pull requests against deployment-environment evidence. It checks code paths, configuration, dependencies, permissions, resource limits and deployment facts to identify production risks before merge. Findings explain failure mechanisms and cite code and environment evidence. Missing, stale or unavailable evidence is identified as an assessment gap, not treated as proof a change is safe. Engineers inspect reviews in the Proofline console and can connect coding agents to review status or share findings. Supported sources include AWS, Google Cloud, Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenTofu, Docker Compose and Backstage. Proofline offers GitHub Actions integration, a CLI, MCP access, an HTTP API, and TypeScript and Python SDKs for requesting or inspecting reviews. Infrastructure connections are read-only; teams choose which repositories and environments to connect and how to address findings.

About

Sourcery is an AI-powered automated code review and coding assistant designed to help developers and engineering teams improve code quality, catch bugs and security issues early, and maintain consistent standards across projects. It integrates directly into popular development workflows, including GitHub, GitLab, and IDEs like VS Code and JetBrains, providing instant, actionable feedback on pull requests and in-editor code changes rather than relying solely on traditional peer reviews. Sourcery analyzes diffs with a combination of large language model insights and static analysis to deliver clear summaries, line-by-line suggestions, high-level feedback, and visual diagrams that explain proposed changes, with the goal of offering review quality similar to what a colleague would provide. In the IDE, it functions as a real-time pair programmer that underlines potential improvements, enables one-click application of suggested fixes, and offers an AI chat.
