Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Dynamic dashboards providing real time project performance insights. Also it has robust collaboration tools like task conversations & notifications. It's a very versatile and eloquent tool for project collaboration. The customer support is just elegant and effective. User friendly. Good KPI of resource work load. Easy reprioring setup. Great tool to communicate the priority to the team. Great tool to communicate the projects status to the board of directors. Able to organize hundreds of concurrent projects with different task strings in each and track hours and workload across multiple users. Each project and task can be marked with custom fields, which provides many reporting and analytic tools. The Classic version is very customizable and has been working stably for us for many years. Detailed time and task tracking with export to Excel for analysis. Easy re-prioritization of tasks and projects with instant visualization of the impact on other projects. Easy delegation to teams. Blend of portals and email for external stakeholders. Dashboards for external stakeholders. Cons There will be a steep learning curve to master the unique scheduling methodology, can be be complex for smaller teams with basic project needs. I got great admiration for it's consistency with project collaboration. The expense module is not very good, it's easier to use an excel spread sheet. Like all project management systems, there is a time investment needed to set up your workspace. Would like to be able to switch timers on and off using the mobile app. Would like the option to choose portal ON as default at the project level and then remove tasks rather than adding each task to a portal. As a small, independent user it would be nice to be able to obtain cheaper seats for shorter periods (e.g. six weeks instead of a year) but you can't have everything in life.
