Its project templates ability is very time-saving, you can deploy pre-designed templates for any type of project. Project reporting on this platform is great. The user interface is super simple and smooth. Time and issue tracking perform very well. Project Insight has the budgeting part, which is vital for planning purposes. Also, Project Insight oversees the expenses that companies incur, to ensure only the accurate costs get used. Lastly, Project Insight has a workflow management strategy, suitable for time planning. Project Insight provides a reliable place to manage projects and track every activity. The Gantt charts are customizable and easy to view products. The interface is clean and intuitive. Helps in project planning. Project Insight has improved project, tasks and products visibility via GANTT and charts capabilities available on it. For easy and remote project management no other is versatile than Project Insights. It gives us great power to easily manage work and projects. It offers a robust dashboard, great task visualization, reports, multi-screen manager, Gantt charts, and workflow management. My favorite thing about Project Insight is its usability and frictionless project and task management. It helps to enhance productivity on every task and project and also gives the best visibility on its development. Project Insight is resourceful. The workplace customization works very well, it helps to collaborate and centralize all of the project management processes. The user interface is easy to navigate. Its mobile app is very handy to communicate with the team. It helps to plan and provides robust reports.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like Smartsheet’s flexibility in handling various type of workflows and projects. It also provides a well organized dashboard which makes project management easy. Has a wide range of features and capabilities, allowing users to easily keep track of tasks, assign resources, manage timelines and more. UI is intuitive and easy to use, and the data is easily accessible and customizable. Additionally, there's a wide range of integrations and third-party applications that allow users to extend their project management capabilities. The Smartsheet platform is incredibly easy to use. The training and onboarding process was simple. Its user interface is minimalistic. Assigning tasks to groups or individuals is incredibly easy. Its to-do tasks reminder works great. Easy to create groups for multiple projects. There's a lot of potential if you're a spreadsheet nerd. With some features baked in, like red flags for overdue tasks, Smartsheet can be a good project management tool for some. There is very little that Excel can do that Smartsheet can't, but plenty that Smartsheet can do that Excel can't. The biggest positive impact we experienced after implementing Smartsheet is team productivity. It enhances our ability and saves lots of time. The user interface is very responsive. The automation functionality works as promised. Cons My experience with Smartsheet has been great and the system has wide ranging possibilities, so i have no cons. Can be expensive, and the cost can add up quickly if you need additional features or integrations. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at first and it may take some time to learn all the features and capabilities. Never faced any major issues while using the Smartsheet platform. A critical feature for any project management tool is the ability to create sub-tasks within a task. This can be done, but just doesn't really work the same way other PM tools does. It's highly manual, and adjusting formatting can be a huge pain. For as powerful as it is, you really have to dedicate a lot of time to figure out how to use even the basic features. One small thing that I don't like is the slow loading speed. Sometimes the dashboard text appears very late.
