The first and most important Prodmode feature is its "out of the box" grid/matrix view that allows our team to manage inventory as the industry does: on a grid. Dividing colors by row and sizes into multiple columns, this view makes it possible to manage all variations of a single product a breeze. - Made for the cloud Prodmode relies on powerful servers to run their program, making it accessible anywhere, anytime. Compared to other ERPs, its cloud service feels stable and reliable. - Fast. Prodmode software is FAST! It loads thousands of actionable entries in just a few seconds. - API integrations. I love how Prodmode's integrations are limitless. It connects to any major sales channel, and the team is available to create new ones when needed. - Infinite report possibilities There is not such a thing as an impossible report for Prodmode. That alone is such an important feature that makes the platform extremely useful to both brand managers and accountants. - Customizable. Business changes happen every day, and I have to say that Prodmode follows along without a blink. The team behind this fashion ERP understands the importance of everchanging business needs listening carefully to their clients, and delivering powerful customizations. Cons - User Experience Prodmode truly is a top-notch fashion ERP platform, and I think that UX tweaks could make it even better. I believe Prodmode could show its true, super-powerful features by providing the user with a more robust UX, which is currently compensated by their outstanding support team.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Great customer service makes this little program all the better. We have been able to keep track of inventory using this system pretty well even though we are not your standard retail outlet. Also it is fairly easy to learn. They are always working on improving the program as well which is nice. It integrates with clover seamlessly. It is easy to use. I love their support; they are patient and quick to respond. Their software is updated and improved often. I was struggling with figuring out some things and reached out for help, my rep was very helpful and got everything perfect for me. Thank you for everything. Cons The reports still need some work-the layouts are annoying in pdfs with large margins with unimportant information that always makes the report more pages than it should be. Also the inability to memorize reports is a flaw. they do have customizable ones but I haven't quite figured out how to make those work for me. One other thing that I don't know if its even possible but I would love to be able to pull up a stock take history of an item. They do make it so you can see the history of purchases, sales, adds and removes but if you sell a lot of singles then the stocktakes get buried so its hard to see the corrections you've made over time. I have a very complicated inventory which includes bulk and variants for over 1500 products. It has taken me some time to learn how to use Shoventory to the best benefit. No cons whatsoever, great staff and great system! Thank you.
