Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve been using ProProfs Chat for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic experience! The tool allows for easy training of chatbots using website or help center URL, enabling them to provide accurate responses to customer queries. This feature not only enhances the efficiency of customer support but also ensures consistency in communication. The customization options are great, letting us change the chat’s look to match our brand. Plus, the chatbot feature is amazing because it quickly answers common questions, allowing our team to focus on more complicated issues. ProProfs Chat offers excellent customization options. You can adjust your chat window to match your company’s branding and create agent profiles to add a personal touch. This makes your chat interface reflect your brand and makes interactions more engaging for customers. Real-time customer engagement: ProProfs Live Chat Software enables instant, real-time communication with website visitors, allowing for quick query resolution and improved customer satisfaction. User-friendly interface: The software's intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and manage multiple chats simultaneously. Its clean design and well-organized features enhance efficiency and user experience. I really appreciate the ensemble in terms of features. Announcements and Greetings are our favorite as we get to engage with people more frequently. This combination isn’t visible in either of the tools in the market. Cons Overall, everything has run smoothly. However, I do wish they offered an on-premise version. So far, I've had no issues with the software. There’s truly nothing to dislike about the ProProfs Chat; it meets every need seamlessly. Mobile app limitations: The mobile app version of ProProfs Live Chat Software may have some limitations compared to the web-based version. While it offers essential features, advanced functionalities and customization options might be more accessible on the web platform. It’s too fast to judge what we don’t like about this tool as we started using it 3 months back. Maybe another 3 months and I’ll get the right picture. But so far so good.
