The service and options are outstanding. You can schedule PRs out in advance, and their commitment to success is phenomenal. Easy to use platform: The submission process is straightforward and intuitive, with a clear, step‑by‑step flow that makes it simple to upload your release, select your options, and get it scheduled in just minutes. Responsive, human support: Their team is quick to answer questions, offer suggestions, and walk you through best practices, which is especially helpful if you’re not a full‑time PR pro like me. easy to use, lots of options to customize, price was better than competitors, I will use them again. The service is very easy to use and seamless. Even when I was knocked offline, I didn't lose my place. When I was able to log in again, I just picked up where I left off. It's easy to go back and review your choices or make changes. Cons None that I have encountered yet, they have been very thorough and responsive. PRs are expensive, I wish they were not, but they are. No cons, except it is a little out of budget, but it's worth it! Chat box kept popping up and it logs you out pretty quickly if you dilly dally I wish I had a better feel for the reach into the industries we targeted.
