	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the AI-related features; they work much better than those in the products I've had a chance to test. I'm particularly impressed with the agent features and the excellent live chat. The application is easy to install and configure. Cons Price could be a bit lower. On the other hand every single tool on the market is more expensive now.
