		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros This platform has absolutely no glitches, the ease of invoicing in the same software at no extra cost saves you time and money. Easy to use, very reasonably priced, great IT support, plenty of options for all services and great overall product, HIGHLY recommend!!! How simple it is to use and how many functions the app has. On top of some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Simple, customizable, and affordable. Great for tracking chemicals and managing routes. PSS has been phenomenal. It has been great having software that keeps everything in one place. Being able to manage our visit reports and billing from a single platform has made our workflow much more efficient and organized. Cons I would like to be able to mark my tasks for the week on each pool but if I do it’s not marked when I get to that day. I have to start from scratch. NONE! I don’t have any complaints or cons to mention. Can’t think of any cons. Having used the top competitors in the past I feel the need to mention that. Reporting features could be better. The reporting needs a massive haul, and some others need some tweaks. One improvement that would be very helpful is having more detailed reporting options. It would also be beneficial to extend the available date range for reports to up to one year, as this would make billing reviews, audits, and year-end reconciliations much more efficient.
