Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that the tool is very secure and that it makes document management and collaboration seamless. It is very secure and comes with sufficient cloud storage. What's more the software is easy to scale, manage and customize. Throughout the years, Pinpoint has gotten even better. They are regularly updating it with new features that were either requested by their customers or developed by themselves to improve their product. We specifically love their in-depth search feature due to an exceptional OCR function. This helps us to search the details of a documents successfully. Additionally, since we are cloud based, we can access Pinpoint wherever we are located. Their customer service is top notch. If we have any questions about how to do something, our project manager will give us steps to figure out how to implement the task correctly. Sometimes there might be a technical issue that needs to be resolved. Their technical support is efficient and the issue will be fixed within an hour of submitting a ticket. 1. Easily assessible 2. Drag and drop technology 3. There are no unnecessary features that you have to sit and wonder about, everything that is on there, you can use. We have been so impressed with this company and the ease of the product. The staff is always there to help us and willing to consider any suggestions we make. We wish all of the vendors we deal with were as good. Moving from another document management software to PinPoint is one of the best things we have done so far. PinPoint lets me drag and drop any kind of file into its automated filing system and then make changes without having to leave their site. It has made me more efficient and feel good that everything is in the same place. Cons With such an effective document manager, I cannot afford to complain. It is a very effective solution for business. We have no cons for Pinpoint. We highly recommend them. The price is slightly on the steep end but is comparable to other programs of the same stature. I do not really have anything to list at this point. I've had a good experience so far. No complaints to report.		Pros from Real Users Pros End-to-end document management, from printing to archiving, with all steps in between. I am constantly amazed at the thought and depth that goes into this product suite. I love all the useful features embedded in this software. Using rule files I can create custom forms and read/write data directly from/to BBx files from BASIS International. I can add documents to the archive and create cross-referenced links to other documents. I can even use the internal object-oriented programming to do more operations. Everything is spelled out nicely in the documentation and when I need help beyond that, I get timely answers through their support ticket system. I haven't had a chance to use the DocFlow document routing system yet, but look forward to it. Easy to use. Create the forms in MS Word and save as a PDF or PCL in minutes. Not sure what programmer needed this crap for, but it's biting us in the butt now. I suppose some small part of our solution uses it to generate reports of some kind. But likely better options exist now and likely existed when it was first made too. I like the flexibility the most, if you can dream it up in your head you can do it with UnForm. When I first started in using it in 2001 I installed the software, learned enough to be useful and was producing documents with it by the end of the first day. Since then I have used it for many clients, saving a lot of money on forms costs and eventually doing things we had never done before, such as document archiving. Unform is an all-in-one solution for document markup, archiving, scanning, and workflow. It's easy to program, robust, and the tools get better every version. Easy To Use and Very Flexible to setup in connection with Acumatica - easy installation wizard that allows deployment to users.
