About

Our industry-leading geometric deep learning technology bridges the gap between physical objects and digital code. We are changing the future of engineering, industrial design and procurement, and putting the power in the hands of innovators and creators, one 3D model at a time. Using proprietary algorithms and advanced geometric deep learning technology, Physna codifies 3D models into detailed data that is understandable by software applications. By enabling 3D models to be treated and analyzed like other code, Physna’s technology bridges the gap between the physical world and digital world of software. Physna analyzes CAD models and other 3D models and creates a codified representation of the model, or the “Physna DNA” of that model. This digitized model allows Physna to show the detailed differences and similarities between models, even incomplete models or models with different file formats. See all components in complex assemblies, even parts contained in other parts.

About

Design and simulate your system in Simulink before moving to hardware. Explore and implement designs that you wouldn’t otherwise consider – without having to write C, C++, or HDL code. Explore a wide design space by modeling the system under test and the physical plant. Your entire team can use one multi-domain environment to simulate how all parts of the system behave. Package and share your simulations with collaborators, suppliers, and clients. Reduce expensive prototypes by testing your system under conditions that are otherwise too risky or time-consuming to consider. Validate your design with hardware-in-the-loop testing and rapid prototyping. Maintain traceability from requirements to design to code. Instead of writing thousands of lines of code by hand, automatically generate production-quality C and HDL code that behaves the same way as the model you created in Simulink. Then deploy it directly onto your embedded processor or FPGA/ASIC.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • This is hands down the best software we ever tried. It saves us from designing things over again and it is worth a lot more than they charge. We are thinking of using instead of a PLM because it does most things we need and the search and intuitiveness is better than anything else we ever tried.

Cons

  • When we first used it the interface was complicated.. but is much easier now and everyone understands the first day
