Pros from Real Users Pros It makes our file sync to the other branch seamless. Once I got the configuration done on the server, I rarely need to get in to check / monitor / change anything. Yes, for the first couple of years I did monitor it from time to time but after a while, there is really no need to do that.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, stable database, excellent performance. Upgrading the software to a newer version was always an easy step. Relatively simple to implement. Excellent functionality and options. Intuitive interface. Secure transfer within and across domains. The program was easy to setup and the process for setting up Multi-Sync pairs was very straight forward SureSync is easy enough to setup and maintain. Installation and updates are very straight forward. The design is not overly complicated but still allows it be deployed the way we need it. There are a lot of configuration options. Support is always responsive and helps to resolve any issues we have. Pricing is very attractive when compared to alternative products. Suresync is a good product. I like the log files, they provide details of what was moved/copied/deleted. You can easily check each job and view the status. Support is excellent! We always received a reply within hours and usually had a fix in less than a day. The instructions provided are very detailed and easy to follow. The best part is the software is it just works! Cons Nothing to dislike, i was never let down. Even after upgrading to a higher version. Takes a long time to load the log pages. When viewing alert pages I sometimes have to close out completely and start again to get back to the view I wanted. Bit challenging to recover DB but support was excellent The GUI looks very dated. There are lots of configuration options, in some cases too many which causes some confusion. Sometimes the product stop working and does not alert as expected. Occasionally it gets hung up. But not very often. When this happens we just run a re-scan and everything is back in sync.
