Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not much. Papercut is a quality product. Has a great support network. Supports all OS platforms. Has Cloud print Access. Can Scan to email, local servers and Cloud platforms. Can be used with a range of Copier and printer brands. Cons LONG WINDED LOG IN PROCEESS so many steps to go through before i can even designate a department. Not user friendly need IT support to access the server before making any changes. Ridiculous spreadsheets which require further data input . Why isn't it all on one page why don't depts who haven't printed that month show up??? Can't change paper tray settings when the card reader is installed. It worked fine before this was put in (held up for 2 months) so am £1000 down on recharges for 2 months running. Shall i go on? Absolutely hate Papercut. Don't get it. Equitrak was much better. Cant think of any. It can't remember how I like my coffee.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Printix manages your organization's printers with ease. While there are a lot of competing products I have tried, none match the simplicity and functionality of Printix. Adding printers works well while eliminating print servers and the hassle associated with them. We use the Azure integration which makes deploying the Printix client a snap and I have used the Google integration which works equally as well. I love how Printix manages printer drivers for all platforms and it does a tremendous job of connecting users and groups to the printers they are supposed to have access to. Cons Printix can be a little tricky to configure as you need to create networks, printer devices, print queues, users and groups. It's worth spending some time prior to using the software to plan out your naming conventions, access permissions and drivers needed.
