Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros PandaDoc is a creative and influential software that completes the tasks wonderfully and skillfully. It is able to create multiple proposals that are professional looking and don't leave any questions out in the air, the proposals are very detailed and they are made to provide the client with something that is professional and convinces them. It has many templates that are already included in the program, and these work very well, but additionally, they are very customizable and it allows for any additional information to be added, as well as any information not needed to be extracted from the proposal. I have been using the templates that it provides and they work really well to create proposals and send them over to clients, it is a very quick way to complete this task in a very short time and it is not done badly, on the contrary, it is better than creating the template from scratch which takes much more time. I also like that the templates include automatic reminders that can be customized to keep in contact with the client, it makes it easier to follow up with any answers to the questions they might have, and it makes it easier to complete any deals. The notifications that it provides on the mobile applications are also a life-saver, they are delivered at the exact time and allow me to view different details about the proposals that have been sent, if they have been opened, interacted with, completed, and more, it is very convenient to stay up to date with the status of a proposal during the day with these notifications, so that we can except the client to give a response or complete the proposal after it has been viewed, it is a smart software that facilitates the workflow. The templates make it easy to create professional-looking documents, the ability to integrate with a wide range of third-party applications is also really good, it makes it easy to manage documents within our existing workflow. - Saves paper! - Easy to communicate - Free PandaDoc makes digital e-signatures easy and affordable. It was easy to set up and the free tier makes initial commitment a breeze. Such a helpful app. They had exactly what I was looking for when I wasn't sure what to look for. Easy to search for contents that were needed. Cons There are a few points that I want to talk about when it comes to the cons of using PandaDoc, firstly, it is a bit pricey, it can be very expensive depending on the amount of proposals and esignatures that the business has to complete during the month, and as needs grow, so does the price of PandaDoc, I would say that their pricing options are not very convenient. Secondly, I have experienced certain issues when using PandaDoc to send out the proposals, it turns out that they sometimes get sent to the spam folder of clients, which becomes a problem because it does not make the communication between business and client very efficient, and it takes a longer time because the client tends to check their primary inbox because the email should be there and not in the spam folder, it is something that PandaDoc needs to fix and put as a priority. The UI & UX is good, but the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate. Not a huge deal but when scaling, it is important to realize pricing is subscription-based, which can be expensive for some users. - when you "edit" a document it says it will "clear" the signature and date. It would be SUPER helpful if it has also said, that all other inputs will still be saved. -Some areas we MUST have filled it, not just the signature and date. It would be great if those were mandatory since our students/clients skip some parts... -loading time -some parts are filled in on one side and not on our side. It's happening more frequently. It tends to get lost in the spam when being sent off. I believe you can pay more to ensure this doesn't happen, but seems like it should be a given. Somethings were more American based rather than Canadian content.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros SignNow is a tool that simplifies many processes and it is a very user-friendly product that does a good job at managing digital files and providing a space to send these files to different people in an online and digital way, it is a tool that has become my preferred choice when it comes to sending and getting signatures on files for the following reasons: Intuitive User Interface: The way that the interface of SignNow is designed makes it really easy to use and have a good time while using it, since it is very well distributed and you can find all the necessary features while navigating through the platform, it is clean, well-organized and does not have too much of a learning curve, it is very self-explanatory once you see what each tool can do, and you can easily locate all the important tools easily without having any issues or complications while doing so, I really like the layout and how it allows me to work pretty fast because it is set in a way that everything can be found easily and the tools are distributed in a way that makes sense. Robust Security Measures: Because of the nature of the software, it is important that it has the right security tools that ensure that everything is well protected and there are no risks of hacking or malwares being infiltrated into the files, with SignNow I really like the fact that it makes a strong emphasis on the protection of all our data and offers good and standard security measures such as encryption of all files and compliance, the authentication of identity works pretty well and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of very private documents for our organization has been something that keeps continue to maintain SignNow, and I really like how the concerns for security are not really there when we use this software because it continously provides a great security and as a result, we are able to keep our focus on security low when using this tool. Versatile Document Editing Tools: The way that SignNow works makes it easy to combine different tools and use the software as a management of files but also an editor of these, it has a very robust set of document editing features that can be used to modify documents inside of the software, without needing to use a third-party application, this allows us to stay secure because there is no need to transfer the files to another application and having to risk our security even more, and it also saves us a lot of time sending the file to another editor, we can simply use the one inside of SignNow and eliminate any extra worries that might occur, as well as make any quick changes to our files if needed. Seamless Collaboration: The editing tools of SignNow are good, but it also is the collaborating tools that it provides, we are able to invite users into the file to collaborate and edit, view, or sign documents with such ease, it is a very ideal process that I find myself using constantly because firstly, it is remote, so we don't need to be on the office working together to be able to get things done, but also it just makes things so much faster and it has real-time collaboration, meaning that we can work together while we discuss any changes needing to be made to a file, helping us boost our team morale and productivity. Extensive Integration Options: With this software, we are able to integrate many other tools that we use for better usage of them and SignNow, it makes it easier and more productive to integrate with other tools because the management of files becomes so much simpler and it streamlines the process in a way that we no longer need to send files via email or risk any hacking of our personal accounts and have these sensitive files stolen. Customizable Templates: With the creation and editing of documents in SignNow, I like that it already has so many templates for different types of files that one might need, it is very easy to edit these templates because they are very complete and one has simply to modify the most important details to the detailes that we want to talk about or if we are referring to a specific client, it its so much better than drafting a document from scratch and SignNow offers so many templates to choose from depending on the type of industry and theme, it is a quick process and it somehow automates the process of creating documents. Mobile app to e-sign Cons The negative things about SignNow definitely do not outshine the positive, but there are some things about the software that I am not really content with, and one of them it is the fact that it is not as automated as I would like it to be, nowadays, the purpose of a software is to automate certain workflows, and SignNow does a so-so job, because there are areas that could be heavily improved and can become more automated, I would like it to be more industry-specific when it comes to certain settings so that the job of organizing documents is easier. Additionally, I think some of the advanced features are kind of complicated to use, it is not really difficult, but there is some learning curve that has to be achieved in order to make use of the software in a more complex and professional way, and I would like to see more advanced features in the analytics area, right now there is not much to it even though it does provide some tools about it, but I would like to see more in-depth analytics and reporting tools that help me understand the usage of the software in my business a lot better and make better choices about the optimization of our services. The emails are sometimes sent to the Junk/Spam folder instead of the actual inbox. Very good software. Easy to set up. No dislikes till now. I'm very much satisfied with the quality and experience. No Cons. It is very helpful solution eliminating the delay caused due to physical signing. I don't find anything to complain.
