• The system is easy to use. Anytime I have issues, you can call the support number and they will screenshare and help to resolve any problems. My company uses it for tenant management and accounting. I really like the accounting features as it allows you to do bank sync. For as many features as it has, the fees are reasonable. Great product overall for rental management and accounting.

• I really find texting to be huge, as it allows for seamless and fast communication with all of our tenants in the building, as well as other properties. Rent Manager provides clear oversight to those in management about what's going on with tenants and prospects, which means anyone can pick up where someone left off with full clarity. The ability to integrate with our leasing software is essential. The UI and graphical aspect of Rent Manager is easier to grasp and more straightforward than Yardi. The initial setup was also very easy.
